Loved it.
Barton has become one of my favorite authors. I have over 40 of her stories and look forward to each new one. They are the type you keep going back and reading again and again.
Another great read and cannot wait for the next book.
I really hope that the Rider's book is going to be even better since he's the last Lannin left to mate.
So good. Sucked in from the very beginning, you're held hostage by the book. I couldn't put it down. Fell in love with Laci and loved seeing all the previous characters return as well as a few new ones. I can't wait for Rider!!
Another fabulous book from you Kathi, I so enjoyed it. I like how you bring in all the characters from the rest of the series, so it is easier to catch up without going back and reading the others to just know where your at. Now off to read your other new book.
This book was a lite different from the previous books in the series, but I really enjoyed it. One of the noticeable differences is that all the Lannings and extended family did not play a prominent role. They were mentioned, but not in pivotal roles. The conflict was a bit of a carryover from the previous story, and seems like it will culminate in the next. Nevertheless, I think Andrew and Lacy made a great couple. I am looking forward to reading more by this author.
Although this is supposed to be a erotica shapeshifter romance there wasn't much; mostly this story is about magical plot within evil plots. Andrew & Laci 1st meet after he knocks her out with a door (accidentally of course); once he catches her scent he realizes that she his mate. & while she in the hospital they have sex & become mated. But, that is 1 of the 2 times in this book that they have sex & I don't think that's enough to call this book erotica; this book does have some romance but mostly it's about what's happening within the family & the different things that are going on in there world.
Since there's 1 more book to go in this series I will be reading it; I just hope that it's better than the last 3 that I just read in this series.
